Define the configuration first

These historical catalog references guide selection. Materials, performance and available configurations require project review.

Interface definition
Specify total cable fibers separately from positions per connector; confirm pins, key orientation and polish at each end.
Construction and length
The catalog includes multiple fibers and OFNP / OFNR / LSZH jackets; confirm overall length, fanouts and pulling-eye location.
  • Specify total fibers and connector quantities at each end, not just “12F MPO”.
  • Review trunks, modules, adapters and patch cords on one end-to-end map.
